This little place is just over the top cute and has so much potential for whatever you would like to do with it! Most recently, it was her 'get a way' so it is currently set up like a studio apartment. Prior to that it has been a coffee shop and a retail spot. The county says that in the event a business goes back in here, it will need to be re-zoned as commercial since it is currently zoned residential.
