Layout the living room inside the front door to your right place double french doors and envision a den or reading room. A dining room is in line with the kitchen, consider opening up the wall between the kitchen and dining room for an open view through the home. A center island in the kitchen could be put into complete the makeover. Main floor master and two giant bedrooms upstairs. Put a full bath upstairs and two large closets for the bedrooms and the makeover would be complete. Need some work, but good bones, and hope I laid out a vision for what this great home could be.
