Q: Why do I find properties that are already sold?
I am trying earnestly to put money into an investment career. I have used your service
for nine months.
One property I have owned for 3 months, still shows up under the previous owners name
as Lis Pendens. ... The point is, for me to make money I need current and accurate
information. At this point your data is falling behind. I like the format and the
search methods, but if the data is wrong it keeps me in the hole, always the last man
on the deal.

A: We improved our daily check of property sales.
Barry,
As you know, we check daily to see if properties in our database are sold so that
our customers are not left pursuing a foreclosure that is no longer available. However,
after checking into the property you gave as an example we discovered that some
properties in our database were inadvertently not being checked for sales. We have since
fixed that oversight, improving the currency of our data.
