Program Designed to Provide More Complete Home Valuation Information to Consumers,More Qualified, Less Expensive Leads to Agents.

Irvine, Calif. – Novemeber 30, 2005 – RealtyTrac™ (www.realtytrac.com), the leading online marketplace for foreclosure properties, today announced the launch of a new program designed to give members of the RealtyTrac Agent Network exclusive rights to leads from sellers looking for a custom market analysis (CMA) for their homes.

The CMA lead program adds a new dimension to the RealtyTrac Agent Network, which gives local real estate agents exposure to 3 million visitors to RealtyTrac each month. Members of the network receive exclusive leads from their territories — ranging in size from a single zip code to an entire county. Launched less than a year ago, the agent network is one of the fastest growing and most successful online lead generation programs available to real estate agents, delivering tens of thousands of qualified leads each month from across the country.

• Agents will have the exclusive right to purchase or decline these new leads, so they won’t be competing for attention with other agents on any of the leads they accept.
• Leads will cost as much as 50-75% less than leads from other providers.
