Stackable Bins Increase Your Home Storage provided by ServiceMagic.com.

Most homeowners are always looking for ways to increase their home storage, and while some involve a considerable financial investment, stackable storage bins are a cheap alternative. Stackable bins aren't the best answer for many places in your home. Dining rooms, living rooms, and kitchens, for example, probably demand a slightly more elevated sense of home decorating. In fact, one of the great advantages of stackable bins is that they can create additional storage elsewhere in your home so these centers of entertainment and frequent use aren't overly cluttered. You want these rooms to have open space and stunning décor, but you shouldn't have to sacrifice an adequate amount of home storage to make it happen.

Stackable Storage Bins
Stackable storage bins are simple enough to imagine, but you might not realize just how many different configurations and options you have available. These bins can be plastic or metal, vertical or staggered, multiple or single colored. Of course, they don't have to be bins, either. You may want closed storage containers: stackable drawers, in other words. The one thing that's universal, though, is that stackable bins are nifty, economical, and a great low-key addition to your home storage.

Kid Storage
Kids' rooms are probably the most common place to use stackable bins. That's why colorful plastic is the norm for this storage option. The open bins may not look as sharp as other types of storage, but they're easier to use. Most parents would be delighted if their children would keep their bedroom floors clear and their things semi-organized in bins. While you attempt to teach your kids the value of cleanliness, organization, and self-discipline, you probably want to discreetly make it as easy as possible. Later on, they can realize the value of a mahogany bedroom dresser. For even if they're willing to use a nice dresser like this, they might also end up nicking or accidentally defacing a beautiful piece of furniture accidentally. Storage bins, by comparison, are virtually indestructible, and it isn't the end of the world if they do get damaged.
