Agent finds gold mine of first-time buyers with RealtyTrac

Barbara Ashley entered the world of online lead generation with much trepidation, determined not to sacrifice her passion for helping first-time buyers find homes on the altars of convenience or shady marketing.
Her first foray into online lead generation was with a source that cost $600 a month and sent her only six leads a month. I help my leads understand how to approach a pre-foreclosure or foreclosure, how to prepare for an auction, and find REOs at the very end. They can then decide which way they want to go.”
Some buyers decide they don’t want to go down the foreclosures path. But that’s not a problem, because Ashley can still assist them in finding a home even if they don’t believe they can afford market prices.
“I have to feel sincere in what I’m doing. If I don’t, I can’t do it,” she said. “I truly feel I am doing everything I can to help each client find that special house.”
