IRVINE, Calif. – Oct. 26, 2007 – James J. Saccacio, Chief Executive Officer of RealtyTrac™ (realtytrac.com), the nation’s leading online marketplace for foreclosure properties, was named one of the hottest 25 people in Orange County today by OC METRO magazine in its annual “Hot 25” list of the 25 individuals who have made the biggest impact in the community during the year. Since joining RealtyTrac as CEO in 2000, Saccacio has turned around the once floundering dot-com into a multi-million dollar, award-winning company that consistently ranks among the five most visited real estate websites in the country.
Every year since its founding in 1990, OC METRO has selected 25 individuals around Orange County who have made significant contributions to one of the fastest growing counties in Southern California. Some are well-established movers and shakers, while others are new to the horizon, but already demonstrating leadership and influence in the community.
