I had the opportunity to present some of the latest California housing data to an engaging group of real estate investors attending the quarterly meeting of the High Desert Real Estate Investors Network in Palmdale, Calif. recently, which is run by real estate veterans  Tony Alvarez and Bill Swift.

Tony, who is known in real estate circles as the REO Mentor, is seasoned investor who successfully purchases, holds and flips hundreds of foreclosure properties every year. Bill, a 40-year real estate veteran and successful commercial appraiser, gave an excellent presentation on the High Desert real estate market before I took the stage.

The investors, real estate agents and mortgage professionals in the audience were actively engaged in the presentation and had many questions.

You can take a look at the presentation I put together by scrolling through the PowerPoint slide show below.
