The data provided in the report counts the total new filings, consisting of Notices of Default (NOD), Lis Pendens (LIS), Notices of Trustees' Sales (NTS), Notices of Foreclosure Sale (NFS) and Real Estate Owned (REO) for the period requested on either a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
The Foreclosure Activity Report is available at the MSA, County and ZIP Code levels* as well as at the address level.**
